This powerful high speed tiller will provide you with a fine seedbed up to 7″ deep in which to plant your lawn, flowers or vegetable garden. It will mix into the soil any compost, lime, fertilizer or other amendments that have been spread over the area before tilling begins.

$65.00 + 5 cents/square foot (20 mile radius of Fairburn)
(Call for discounted rates for areas larger than 5000 square feet)

10′ x 20′ : $75.00 total charge
20′ x 30′ : $95.00 total charge
30′ x 50′ : $140.00 total charge
50′ x 100′ : $315.00 total charge
Notes:
Mileages are calculated using Mapquest from my address in Fairburn, GA
The Tractor requires 48″ wide access to the area to be tilled
Amendments to be tilled in the area need to be spread before arrival
Best time to till is 2 to 5 days after a rain
Area will be double tilled
Area will be ‘cross’ tilled if the size of the plot permits
